Services Provided
A Child or Young Adult may need the services of a Speech and Language Therapist if they:
-
have difficulty following instructions, and understanding what is said to them
-
have very little speech
-
have speech that is difficult to understand
-
have a stammer
-
have difficulty concentrating and taking turns
-
have a specific diagnosis of conditions such as; autism, dyspraxia, dyslexia, Down's Syndrome, Developmental Delay etc
Fees
Consultation Session: £60.00
( One hour assesment, including brief feedback summary report )
Initial Assessment:£90.00
( one hours, including detailed report )
Initial Assessment:£110.00
( up to two hours, including detailed assessment report )
Further Assessment, therapy or review per hour:£55.00
Session with carers/ meeting, in lieu of therapy per hour:£55.00
Half hour session: £35.00
Online teletherapy session for approx. half an hour: £30.00
Payment by cash, cheque or BACS
Travel
Please note a fee of 45p per mile for the complete return journey will be charged. Free for Glossopdale area.
